Pending i751 and n400 under extended review morthan a month now after interview, what does that mean?

Pass my n400 interview but decision cannot be made due to pending i751 a month ago, no update online and nothing from uscis.

I m having the hardest time finding fellow 2018-2019 CR1/IR1 filers for spouses in Sierra Leone. I m pretty new and can t filter through the discussions that well to find the Africa sub-forum, so throwing out the feelers with this post. Some consulates like Ghana get a lot of talk for being strict, what about Salone? Curious to hear experiences, turnaround times, and everything relevant.

Texas service center filers (like me) for Salone spouses are especially hard to find. Where are my people?!
